We are excited to announce that from June 22nd – 26th, 2025 Industrial Sonomechanics (ISM) will be participating in Ultrasonics 2025 – 7th International conference on ultrasonic-based applications: from analysis to synthesis.
On Monday, June 23rd, ISM's president and chief scientific officer, Dr. Alexey Peshkovsky, will speak about scalable ultrasonic manufacturing of nano-formulations for enhanced pharmacokinetic performance of bioactive compounds.
The presentation will focus on ultrasonic manufacturing of nano-formulations to improve the bioavailability of poorly water-soluble bioactives. It will also describe how these liquid and powder nanoemulsions can be efficiently scaled up for commercial production using ISM’s Barbell Horn® Ultrasonic Technology (BHUT) without compromising formulation quality or performance.

Dr. Alexey Peshkovsky is the founder, president, and chief scientific officer of Industrial Sonomechanics. He holds a B.A. degree in chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania and a Ph.D. degree in physical chemistry from Columbia University. With over 25 years of experience as a researcher, entrepreneur, product developer, and scientific director, Dr. Peshkovsky's work has primarily focused on instrumentation design and process development across multiple industries.
Dr. Peshkovsky is the primary author of numerous scientific papers, patents, conference presentations, and books.
