Building on the success of our All-In-One NanoStabilizer®-LT and LSO, the Industrial Sonomechanics R&D team continues to push the boundaries of innovation in the production of water-soluble bioactive nanoemulsions. This new formulation is specifically designed to enable the production of water-soluble liquid and powdered kratom, kava, and mushroom extract nanoemulsions, opening new possibilities for the food, beverage, and supplements industries.
Product Overview
Manufacturers who would like to produce their own water-soluble liquid and powdered formulations based on kratom, mushroom, kava, and other bioactive extracts that are poorly soluble in both water and oil — but do not have the capability or desire to develop their own formulations and processing procedures — can take advantage of ISM's All-In-One NanoStabilizer®-LSSP. This formulation comprises natural, food-grade emulsifiers and stabilizers supplied in powder form. It is designed to work with our laboratory, bench, and industrial ultrasonic processors and includes step-by-step processing instructions.
NanoStabilizer®-LSSP is tasteless and makes it possible to produce permanently stable, fully water-soluble nanoemulsions with median droplet sizes typically in the range of 60–250 nm (depending on the extract type and quality). Water-soluble powders obtained by drying these nanoemulsions readily reconstitute into the original liquid when mixed with water.

How to Produce Water-Soluble Kava, Kratom, and Mushroom Extract Nanoemulsions
Similar to our NanoStabilizer®-LSO formulation, NanoStabilizer®-LSSP enables both small-scale developers and industrial manufacturers to produce water-soluble nanoemulsion liquids and powders that can be added to beverages and edibles or consumed directly as fast-dissolving tablets, using the following components and equipment:
- ISM high-intensity ultrasonic processor, high-pressure homogenizer, or similar
- NanoStabilizer®-LSSP
- Mushroom, kava, kratom, or another bioactive extract
- Distilled water
- Drying method/equipment
